Sex Therapy.
A judgment-free space to talk openly about intimacy, connection, and the parts of life that are hard to bring up anywhere else.
What is sex therapy?
Sex therapy is a space, individual or with your partner(s), to talk openly about intimacy, desire, and connection without shame or judgment. Whatever brought you in, whether it's a specific concern, a mismatch in desire, or just wanting a better relationship with your own body and sexuality, your counselor is there to listen and help, not to make assumptions about what your experience should look like.
Sessions are talk-based. There's no physical exam, no touch, and no exercises done in the room. The work is about understanding what's happening, where it comes from, and what might help, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

What brings people to sex therapy
Tap any of these to learn a little more about what it can look like.
One partner wanting more or less intimacy than the other, and not knowing how to talk about it.
Feeling disconnected from or uncomfortable in your own body during intimate moments.
Pressure or fear around intimacy that gets in the way of actually being present.
Earlier experiences that still shape how safe or comfortable intimacy feels now.
Illness, aging, parenthood, or other transitions that shift how intimacy looks and feels.
Wanting a clearer, more honest relationship with your own desires and identity.
We take Medicaid, always.
Most insurance is welcome here, aside from Medicare and Tricare. New clinicians carry Medicaid caseloads; our fully licensed team takes the rest. Two pro-bono intern slots are open too. What sex therapy can do
