Couples Therapy.
A space for partners to slow down, understand what's really going on between you, and find your way back to each other.
What is couples therapy?
Searching 'couples therapy near me' often starts with a simple realization: the problem isn't just happening inside one of you, it's happening in the space between you. Couples therapy gives you and your partner(s) a place to slow down, understand the patterns you've fallen into, and figure out what's actually needed to feel like a team again. Your counselor isn't there to decide who's right. They're there to help you be heard.
Sessions are shaped around what you and your partner(s) need, not a script. That might mean untangling a specific conflict, rebuilding trust after a rupture, learning new ways to communicate, or simply remembering how to talk to each other without it turning into a fight. Whatever brought you in, we work with you to build a process that fits your relationship, not someone else's.

What brings couples in
Tap any of these to learn a little more about what it can look like.
Feeling unheard, talking past each other, or noticing that conversations turn into arguments faster than they used to.
Rebuilding after a betrayal, or working through the smaller breaks in trust that build up over time.
Feeling more like roommates than partners, or wondering when you stopped feeling close.
The same fight, over and over, without ever quite landing on what's actually underneath it.
Becoming parents, blending families, career changes, or other shifts that put new pressure on the relationship.
Feeling distant physically or emotionally, and unsure how to find your way back to each other.
Whether you're trying to save the relationship or figure out what comes next, having support while you decide matters.
We take Medicaid, always.
Most insurance is welcome here, aside from Medicare and Tricare. New clinicians carry Medicaid caseloads; our fully licensed team takes the rest. Two pro-bono intern slots are open too. What couples therapy can do
It won't erase every disagreement, but it can change how the two of you move through them together.
A neutral space to settle conflict
Your counselor isn't on anyone's side. The goal is understanding, not deciding who's right.
New ways to communicate
Practical tools for talking, and listening, that hold up outside the session.
A clearer view of your patterns
Seeing the cycle you keep repeating is often what makes it possible to break.
Room to rebuild, at your pace
Whether you're repairing trust or just reconnecting, the process moves at a pace that fits your relationship.
Before you start
Couples at any stage of their relationship, whether you're navigating a rough patch, rebuilding after a breach of trust, or just want a tune-up before things get harder. We work with all kinds of relationships and relationship structures.
Most sessions include both partners together, but your counselor may also meet with each of you individually at times, depending on what's most useful for the work.
That's common, and it's okay. You don't need to walk in agreeing on the problem. Part of the work is understanding both perspectives and finding what's actually going on underneath.
We accept most insurance, aside from Medicare and Tricare, and we always accept Medicaid. Clinicians who are newer to the team carry Medicaid caseloads, while our fully licensed clinicians take on other insurance types, so there's a good mix across the practice.
Yes, every clinician currently on our team is fully licensed.
